Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ relates to Design Sign Manufacturing Limited. ‘You’ or ‘your’ refers to any customers purchasing goods from Design Sign Manufacturing Limited.

Applications

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to every sale of goods by Design Sign Manufacturing Limited to any of its customers to the exclusion of any other written terms and conditions not specifically agreed to in writing by ourselves.

Payment

Unless a credit account has been opened and confirmed in writing, all goods are supplied on a payment with order basis. You can make payment by via a debit/credit card subject to authorisation.

Placing Orders

All orders can be placed through the website or third-party websites such as Amazon or eBay.

All orders placed will be processed and dispatched within five (5) working days. Standard delivery is to UK Mainland only.

Please note that we endeavor to deliver all orders within 10 days of them being placed. If this is not possible, we will notify you via telephone and/or email.                                                                                        

Telephone calls using the telephone numbers provided on this website and email correspondence with DesignSign may be recorded or monitored. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

Shortages

Notification of any shortage/damaged goods must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Retention of Title

Ownership of goods is not transferred until all monies owing to Design Sign Manufactring Limited, either for these or any other goods or on any other account, have been paid in full. At any time pending such payment in full, a debt recovery agent may enter the customer’s premises to repossess the goods or any of them, subject, however (unless the customer is in default of his contractual obligations or has become insolvent) to giving reasonable notice of our intention to do so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk shall pass to the customer forthwith upon delivery.

Product Suitability

Design Sign Manufactring Limited cannot be responsible for any liability arising from misuse or incorrect fitting of any product supplied. All items (including special order items) will only be released for dispatch once the item is fully finished and up to a standard to which we are happy with.

Governing Law

In the event of any dispute in connection with the sale of goods, such shall be determined by the English Court of Law to whose jurisdiction both parties hereby submit.
